We are excited to announce that construction on the McKinley Artist Lofts is underway! This week we obtained permits for the work on the building. We are in the process of finalizing our financing. We expect for the construction and remodel to take six months, with the opening scheduled for Spring of 2017. Within two months we should have our pricing, application requirements and procedures outlined and available, ready for the application process to begin. We will begin pre-leasing in three months. The countdown to the opening has finally started and we are so happy to start this journey! With your support we hope to make the McKinley Artist Lofts a vital part of the McKinley Hill community.

We are very excited to be involved with this project!  The timing is right for Tacoma to have a dedicated space for local artist's to live work and create!  We are delighted to be working closely with lots of talented individuals to bring the idea of artist live/work lofts in Tacoma to life.  The first steps have been accomplished including site selection, preliminary drawings and planning.  Stay tuned and we will keep you posted on the progress.
